Trondheim Kommune

Trondheim Municipality, c/o the chief officer, invites tenderers to a competition for the provision of health services for 18 persons with serious mental disorders, some of the persons have a dependency on drugs and alcohol in addition. All the persons live in a block of flats in the centre of Trondheim. Trondheim Municipality rents this block of flats from kong Carl Johans Arbeidsstiftelse and all costs connected to this are paid by the Contracting Authority.
There are no other tenants in this block of flats. The tenants sign an ordinary rent contract with Trondheim Municipality and pay rent to the municipality.
The competition is reserved for non-profit organisations.
Negotiations will be held with the most relevant tenderers. All parts of the tender can be negotiated.

The relevant target group is persons older than 18 years with a serious mental disorder and/or in combination with drug and alcohol problems. The persons in question have been assessed by the health and welfare office as having a need for facilitated housing and access to 24/7 services. The users can have been previously admitted to for psychiatric health care, municipal 24 hour post-treatment or are persons living at home who require facilitated housing and close follow-up.

The contract will be valid from 1.6.2019 — 31.5.2027, with an option for an extension for 2 + 2 years.
