Statsbygg shall use glass and aluminium profiles in connection with experiments activity. The glass packages and profiles must be delivered separately to the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation's division and shall be installed there.

The options Comprice as the main part of the assignment the delivery of glass and aluminium profiles related to experiments. The option Comprices several experiments in 2020 and some in 2021.

Options may also include consultancy hours. As this is a test project, we want to go through solutions with glass suppliers and/or profile suppliers before the final procurement of glass The assignment may also include hours for participation in the installation of the windows in Horten, participation in experiments and glass expert advice (may include meeting activities at Statsbygg's premises in Byporten, Oslo).

Options are described in the invitation to tender with annexes.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Organisational and legal position.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, alternatively a StartBANK ID. Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Economic and financial capacity

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, will be emphasised.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Professional, technical and organisational qualifications.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this project.

An account of reference projects with a transferable value in recent years (up to 3). As a minimum, the account must include the following information and contain approx. one A4 page per reference project.

— project name,

— the contracting authority and a reference person,

— the value of the contract, excluding VAT,

— type of project/building.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to collect references from the stated reference projects.
