The objective and scope of the contract:
The Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) has a large campus spread over a large geographical area containing many buildings. Our buildings contain facilities related: to research, education and husbandry. Our students, employees and guests works in the different buildings. We want to ensure the daily security for these. The risk of unintentional incidents is not great, however, we will probably need security guards that can safeguard the daily inspections of our activities. This is done by working in accordance with determined instructions an routines and it shall help the security guards with maintaining a safe daily routine for humans, animals and materials.

The contracting authority is planning to sign a contract with 1 service provider for this assignment. The estimated scope is described in the table of requirements given below. The contracting authority expects the contract value to 18 000 000 NOK over a 4 year period. However, this estimate does not represent any obligations for the contracting authority.
