Sandefjord Municipality buys food for small units (nurseries and before-and-after-school care) for a total of approx. 4 000 000 NOK per annum. This includes milk, bread, fruit and vegetables and groceries. The volume will be split between 22 primary schools/before-and-after-school care, 6 secondary schools and 21 nurseries. See the attached overview. Other entities in the municipality can enter the contract if required.

The Contracting Authority would therefore like to enter into parallel Framework Agreements with shops/chains and other relevant suppliers in the market.
The Contracting Authority would like to support local shops and will, therefore, have a call-off mechanism that will be the most suitable for units with a radius of 5 km from the delivery locations This is also from an economic and environmental perspective as regards the shortest possible transport of goods.
