Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The maintenance agreement period is 3 (three) years from the date stated in the contract's page 2 (initiation date). The contract will then be extended automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months' notice is given by the Contracting Authority before the contract period expires.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 1: Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian tenderers: a Tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for requests to participate in the tender contest.
Requirement 2: the tenderer is required to be a legally established company.
— Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre,
— foreign tenderers: certificate for registration in the enterprise register as prescribed in the legislation of the state in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 3: the tenderer is required to have sufficient financial capacity to implement the contract, and the tenderer is required to be credit worth (Score A — also applies to sub-tenderers).
Documentation:
— Asker municipality will obtain a rating itself from Bisnode CreditPro/CreditEasy.
If for valid reasons the tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer may prove the economic and financial standing with any other document that the Contracting Authority is able to accept/finds suitable.

Companies without sufficient credit rating, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such cases the requirement for satisfactory credit rating can be complied with by presenting alternative documentation which must be included as a part of the tender.

Documentation requirement:
— description of the tenderer's technical capacity and professional qualifications. A description is requested regarding the capacity of relevant entities at the tenderer's disposal. With regard to qualifications, a brief overview of general relevant expertise at the tenderer is requested. The personnel proposed to the assignment shall not be specified, and CVs not submitted,
