The assignment is a turnkey contract with function responsibility, comprising the following main parts:
— delivery and assembly of all technical mechanical equipment that is required to meet the capacity and water quality requirements. Further details on this are in the technical description,
— delivery of all the accompanying instrumentation,
— delivery of the accompanying process automation and perhaps also electrical installations related to the treatment process,
— engineering design services for everything included in the contract, as well as the preparation of the engineering design basis/requirements specification for the detailed engineering design services for other contracts,
— testing and commissioning of the process, according to defined requirements for the takeover of the new wastewater treatment plant,
— verification that the performance requirements are met in a subsequent test period (with Ullensaker Municipality as the system operator).
