In accordance with the municipal plan for Rongøy, adopted by Øygarden Municipal Council 31.10.2018, Øygarden municipality is starting roadworks in the area of Austmarka and Arseta/Medarseta.
Project Fv. 561- New junction Arseta includes i.a.:
— establishment of a new T junction on Fv. 561 at Arseta (Construction Phase I),
— establishment of fly-over in a culvert under Fv. 561 (Construction Phase II),
— establishment of access roads and exits for the existing and new residential areas (Construction Phase I/Construction Phase II),
— establishment of continuous road-safe foot and cycle paths to central Rong from residential areas on both sides of Fv. 561 (Construction Phase I/Construction Phase II),
— restoration of the existing exists to Fv. 561 (Construction Phase I/Construction Phase II),
— upgrading and/or reconstruction of municipal engineering infrastructure (Construction Phase I/Construction Phase II),
— reconstruction of tele and electricity, new lines and establishment of cable channels to replace the current overhead cables (Construction Phase I/Construction Phase II).

Hereunder, new exits and access roads to the existing residential areas, restoration of the existing exists and reconstruction of the existing municipal engineering infrastructure i.a. during establishment of cable channels as replacement of the current overhead cables.

Requirement: tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation: company registration certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises [Foretaksregistret]. Foreign tenderers can submit an equivalent certificate in accordance with the legislation in the tenderer's country of establishment.

Requirement:
The tenderer must have good economic and financial capacity in order to implement the contract and must fulfil the following requirement: the tenderer's equity must be positive, and the tenderer must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement for relevant experience: the tenderer must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works: the primary discipline areas of the assignment are: road construction, electrical works, hereunder street lighting installations and water and sewage works.

Requirement, implementation ability:
1) The contract must be sufficiently staffed and the tenderer must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances in the contract;
2) Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment.
