This framework agreement includes services for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's backup power supply generators.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for:
— operation and maintenance services which ensure that the back-up power generator and accompanying generator boards, ventilation, cooling and fuel system comply with the operative requirements made for such equipment,
— replacement of components in the existing backup power generator with accompanying generator boards, ventilation, cooling and fuel systems.

The call for tenders includes four stated geographical competition areas. The tenderer can submit one or several separate tenders. The tenderers are not obliged to submit tenders for all geographical competition areas. All departments included in the Norwegian Defence Estate Agency's organisation can enter into the agreement within given geographical areas and a further authorisation. The Norwegian Armed Forces, i.e. any department included in the organisation, can enter into the framework agreement.

Kort beskrivelse:
The requirement mainly concerns service, maintenance and repair of backup power supply plants. The framework agreements have an interface towards established framework agreements for services for climate systems, electrical technical systems, UPS and plants for batteries.

The contract owner of the framework agreement concept will be the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's Property administration agency. Administration of the contract will be through the procurements department.
All departments included in the Norwegian Defence Estate Agency's organisation can enter into the agreement within given geographical areas and a further authorisation. The framework agreement can also be used by the entire Norwegian armed forces, i.e. all departments that are included in or under the Royal Ministry of Defence, and that manage and operate their own buildings in the stated geographical areas.

The tender prices are to be based on geographical locations and neighbouring areas as mentioned in the table below. Travelling expenses for each geographical location shall be settled in accordance with the offered unit price for attendance per location. See also the price terms listed below.

The framework agreement is divided into and includes several competition areas where tenderers can submit independent tenders, a total of four geographical contract areas. See Part I) in the invitation to tender.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement period is 2 (two) calendar years after signing the contract, with an option for an extension for up to (1) one year plus (1) one year, for maximum four (4) calendar years.
