Framework Agreements, Electrical Installation Services, Including Materials Thereof

Ski Kommune

The Contracting Authority shall enter into parallel Framework Agreements for electro installation services and materials thereof.
The assignments may include all of the municipality's property portfolio. The portfolio includes i.a. schools, nurseries, sheltered accommodation flats, nursing homes, hospitals, sports and swimming facilities, pump stations, houses, offices and cultural buildings.
The assignments may consist of:
— service, maintenance, repairs, replacements or installations for internal and external heavy current systems. External heavy current systems are in this context defined as electrical installations, except road lighting connected to the distribution network,
— alteration, expansion and replacement of electrical distributors,
— installation, welding and repair of fibre cabling, multi-modus and single-modus,
— automatics for building technical plant and automatics for water and Sewage technical installations,
— installation, alteration and expansion of data dispersion network
— general troubleshooting
— low current installations
— engineering design

Tenderers must be able to carry out installations work for telecommunication systems, computer systems, fire and burglary alarms, as well as access control systems. Tenderers must be familiar with installation buses intended for light control.

It will be necessary to contribute with annual internal audits for electrical installations for the municipal buildings. In addition there can be a need for assistance with minor engineering design work etc.

Work that the Contracting Authority carries out itself will be prioritised.
