ROAF needs to enter into a contract for welding and mechanical works, and repairs of various machines and equipment, at all recycling stations and other facilities in the owner municipalities. The contracting authority shall establish a contract with one tenderer, which ensures that the contracting authority gets assistance within the agreed response times at predictable costs.
