Statsbygg shall enter into a framework agreement with a provider for technical condition analyses for building structures in the Oslo area.
The aim of the procurement is to get an overview of the technical condition of buildings and outdoor areas in the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's property portfolio. The technical condition analyses will be used to prepare portfolio plans and maintenance plans.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's property portfolio consists of, amongst other things, prisons, teaching and research premises, road and traffic stations, public administration and service provision buildings, cultural properties and museums, child welfare properties, courts and custom houses. There is a large variation in the buildings´ sizes and complexity.

The contract period is 1 year from the signing date, with the possibility for Statsbygg for 1 + 1 + 1 year extension.

Tenderers are required to have a good implementation ability and suitable staff.
An overview of employees in the company who have the experience and competence to take on assignments under the contract.
