Statsbygg shall enter into a Framework Agreement with a provider of technical condition analyses for structures in the East area. The area includes Østfold, Oslo, Akershus, Oppland and Hedmark counties.

The objective of the tender contest is to obtain an overview of the technical conditions for buildings and outdoor areas included in Statsbygg's property portfolio. The technical condition analyses shall be used for preparing portfolio plans and maintenance plans.

Statsbygg's property portfolio includes i.a. prisons, education and research facilities, road and traffic stations, public administration and research facilities, road and traffic stations, facilities for public administration and services, cultural properties and museums, child welfare facilities, courts and customs buildings. The buildings are subject to large differences in relation to the size and complexity of the buildings.

Varighet: 48 måneder

The contract period is 1 year from the signing date, with the possibility for Statsbygg for 1 + 1 + 1 year extension.

The Directorate of public construction and property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers are required to have a good ability to fulfil the contract and adequate manpower.

An overview of the tenderer's employees with experience and competence to carry out assignments included in the contract.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the implementation of technical condition analysis of building structures in the Eastern area. The area covers the counties of Østfold, Oslo, Akershus, Oppland and Hedmark.

The objective of the procurement is to gain an overview of the technical condition of buildings and outdoor areas in the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's property portfolio. The technical condition analyses will be used to prepare portfolio plans and maintenance plans.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's property portfolio includes i.a. Prisons, education and research, road and traffic stations, public administration and service performance, cultural property and museums, child welfare authority property, court houses and customs stations. There is large variation in relation to the size and complexity of the buildings.
