Oslo kommune v/ Boligbygg Oslo KF

Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing, Oslo municipality, has during winter seasons a need for removing snow and ice from the municipal properties. The objective of the contract is that people can be in and around safely at the undertaking for social housings' properties, and that buildings and roofs are not damaged by large amounts of snow/ice. In addition to removing snow, icicles and patches of ice from roofs, connected areas must also be marked and secured. The contract also includes regular inspections and risk assessments for exposed properties, in order to implement preventive or immediate measures.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— the tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— the service provider must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, and that is based on the last known fiscal figures.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information (annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's fiscal figures).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— good experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. This means assignments of corresponding nature, complexity, degree of difficulty and scope.
Overview of the tenderer's most important relevant deliveries in the last 5 years, including information on the type of project, the role in the reference project, the project's value, date, recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). Annex 5 can be filled in, or a separate form can be used. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.

The tenderer must have a well functioning quality assurance system.
A certificate of the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO certification. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures.
