Framework agreement - multi-functional printers

TRFK currently has a framework agreement that expires on 30.6.2019 with Konica Minolta for the hire of MFP machines. TRFK will, therefore, replace the existing machines in May-June 2019, cf. the annex Overview of Printers. The annex includes an overview of the locations of the MFP machines under the current contract, as well as an overview of procured and hired machines.
TRFK will enter into a new main contract for the hire of MFP machines for all of Trøndelag County, as well as for associated municipalities and entities. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a hire contract with a tenderer, which will cover the current and future needs of TRFK and associated municipalities and entities.

TRFK would like to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - tenderer for the delivery of MFP machines.

TRFK requests, amongst other things:

— MFP-machines with a function for document handling such as printing, scanning, e-mail, copying, etc.,

— services connected to MFP-machines, such as installation at the user place, training, replacements, error recovery, etc.,

— support, service and maintenance services for the delivered equipment for the entire hire period that is to be included in the hire price,

— delivery of consumables,

— user friendly systems,

— good economic and advantageous delivery in accordance with the performance and function requirements,

— plan for rolling out/delivery and installation,

— etc.

A complete description of the delivery is in annex 1, Requirement Specifications, which must be answered by tenderers in its entirety.

The MFP machines must be placed in different parts of TRFK, including sixth form colleges, dental clinics, as well as municipalities and other units.
