Sula kommune

Sula municipality shall implement several operation and maintenance projects concerning the municipality’s infrastructure. The Framework Agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's requirement for groundworks related to these projects. The contract shall mainly include water and sewage trenches and road works. However, works related to properties and plants may also be relevant.
The Contracting Authority’s description of the contract is pursuant to Annex 1 and accompanying enclosures.
A parallel Framework Agreement shall be signed with maximum 2 tenderers.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: the tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate,
— foreign tenderers: verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Requirement: Norwegian tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: tax and VAT certificate. Certificates not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documentation requirement: a credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The Contracting Authority will itself obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Credit Easy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 1: tenderers shall have experience from comparable assignments.
Requirement 2: the tenderer must have sufficient the HRs for the implementation of the contract.
Requirement 3: the tenderer must have the sufficient technical resources for the implementation of the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement 1: a description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments in the last 5 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Requirement 2: an overview of the tenderer's total manpower, as well as an overview of the number of man-labour years, containing a description of the competence in important disciplines included in this contract:
— PE mirror welding,
— PE electro socket welding.
Requirement 3: an overview of the HRs at the tenderer's disposal for the fulfilment of the contract.
