The Contracting Authority needs to enter into a Framework Agreement for the delivery of fuel from stations. The contract is divided into 2 lots:
1) Fuel from stations and sundry for Sandnes municipality;
2) Fuel from stations and sundry for Stavanger municipality.
The objective of the tencder contest is to enter into a Framework Agreement for the purchase of petrol, tax free diesel and dutiable diesel from stations. For some of the Contracting Authority's units, products and services for the daily operation of the vehicles, car care products, engine oils, accessories and washing can also be relevant to procure.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The tenderer must as a minimum achieve a rating of “Credit worthy”, i.e. the tenderer must be in risk classification 5 or higher on the Experian scale.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
As documentation the Contracting Authority will obtain the credit evaluation Commercial Delphi Score from Experian (The Contracting Authority subscribes to services from Experian).
The tenderer is expected to have familiarised himself with registered information about the company and by submission of the tender accepts that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the supplier's economic situation.

The tenderer can enclose a credit rating from a certified credit rating company showing that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. The credit assessment shall be based on the last available accounting figures.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience with a minimum two relevant assignments as described in this document, in regards to extent and complexity.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documentation requirement: tenderers must attach a list of the most important relevant assignments the last 3 (three) years. The assignment description must include a specification of the assignment value, assignment length and the recipient (name, phone number and email address.). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’ relevance through their description. The references will only be contacted if required.
