The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure Statsbygg access to ventilation installation works, for planned and acute works that occur in connection with operation and maintenance.

The framework agreement will apply to the at any given time owned and hired premises in Molde.

Varighet: 48 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity.

Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into administration and production, including the number of skilled workers.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments of a compatible value to this framework agreement.

A list of relevant reference assignments in the last 5 years with a transferable value, including information on, amongst other things:

— the name of the project/contract,

— the contracting authority,

— the value of the contract, excluding VAT.
