The national highway network is divided into 8 corridors and 18 routes. As part of the further development of the road network and its function and as a contribution to the work on the basis for National Transport Plan 2022-2033, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration wants to carry out a value analysis of various routes, the scope of which is defined in the national road survey.

— road advisors,

— advisor subject area VA, hydrology,

— advisor subject area construction (Bridges, etc.),

— advisor geoscientific.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) European self-declaration form (ESPD)

Claim:

Provider shall provide the European Self-declaration Form (ESPD) together with requests to participate in the competition or together with offers.

2) The provider must have orderly conditions with regard to payment of tax, employer tax and value added tax.

The tenderer must confirm that he meets this requirement when submitting tenders.

3) Consortium

A group of suppliers can together offer an offer (working community).

Each vendor in the work community provides images information about their company that is running in competition.

4) Use of subcontractor — requirement of declaration of commitment.

The supplier relies on a subcontractor to be qualified, the supplier must document to the client if it will be able to afford the necessary resources.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

If the tenderer has an objective reason for not providing the documentation required by the client, he may document his financial and financial capacity by submitting any other document which the client considers suitable.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The client will obtain a credit rating from Experian. Creditworthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement. If in doubt, the client may obtain additional information from the provider. The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to execute the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) The tenderer shall confirm that he meets this requirement when submitting tenders.

Providers must, at the request of the client, supply the following documentation:

A list of minimum 3 (maximum 5) of the most important relevant assignments and services performed over the past 3 years, including information on value/quantity/scope, time, brief description of the assignment, as well as the name of the public or private recipient.

A newly established provider that cannot provide references must be particularly careful to document and make it probable that he still has the prerequisites for completing the assignment.

Newly established suppliers can document that the requirement has been met by referring to experience that offered persons/resources have accumulated in service for others than the supplier.

In addition to the documentation provided by the provider, the client will be able to emphasize his own documented experience with the provider.
