Framework Agreement for Tradesman Services 2020-2022

Trondheim Kommune

In order to obtain a more predictable utilisation of the resources, Trondheim kommune [Trondheim municipality’ (TK) wants to use an open tender competition to sign contract with contractors in different tradesman disciplines. See the competition description for which disciplines are included. The different disciplines will cover Trondheim municipality's need for ongoing service and maintenance of the existing building.
Trondheim municipality buys tradesman services covered by this tender for approx. 200 000 000 NOK per year excluding VAT. The amount is a loose estimate and is non-binding for Trondheim municipality in relation to the overall award of lots or in relation to the individual contractor.
The framework agreements shall cover all municipal buildings, private units operated through municipal operational funding, the Housing foundation for welfare housing and other foundations administered by TK. After TK has signed a contract with the contractor(s), the agreement will be communicated to all involved municipal entities that also can join the agreement.
