Framework Agreement for the Supply of Electricity Power

The Directorate of Norwegian Customs, hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into electricity power supply contracts for the entire Norwegian Customs' organisation. The power supplier must ensure the contracting authority's total need for electricity power, including any relevant additional products/services.
The contracting authority would like to receive tenders for the supply of electricity to all sites that the organisation is responsible for. The sites are geographically located in different places in Norway.
The aim of this competition is to ensure that the contracting authority has competitive prices in the coming years, and that the provider facilitates the supply of the physical electricity that the contracting authority needs at any one time.
In principle, it is required to enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier.
The contracting authority's requirements for the service contract is given in Annex 1; the requirement specification (minimum requirements). See also the tender documentation to this contract.
