Information on the procurement. The contest is for a framework agreement with one tenderer for 2 + 1 + 1 years on the same terms. The main assignments will be to assist Statped with the current need for consultancy services. Sub-suppliers are not allowed without prior written approval from Statped. The assignment will mainly be carried out in Statped's premises in Sommerrogata, Oslo, unless otherwise agreed. There will be some travelling to Statped's other locations. Tenderers must have experience in implementing projects and assignments in public administration, preferably within the education sector. Competence and experience can be required within readjustment work, HR processes, information processes, and project management assistance in individual projects. Tenderers must document their competence and at least three relevant references (that Statped can contact). Tenderers must offer consultants with 2 -5 years experience, 5-8 years experience, and more than 8 years experience.

Information on the procurement. The contest is for a Framework Agreement with one tenderer for 2 + 1 + 1 years on the same terms. The main assignments will be to assist Statped with the current need for consultancy services. Statped makes reservations on the scope of the call-offs on the framework agreement, as the future need for services has not yet been clarified. (Statped currently has a framework agreement for the procurement of legal services, so these are not included in this procurement.) The total value of the procurement is estimated to be above the threshold for the entire framework agreement period. Attention is drawn to the fact that the estimated value is only meant to be a guideline. It is not binding for the contracting authority. All call-offs on the framework agreement must be agreed in writing in advance, with a concrete statement of each assignment's deliveries and costs. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The contract period for the framework agreement will be 2 years, plus an option for an extension on the same terms for 1 + 1 year (the deadline for notification is 2 months before the contract expires), so that the total possible contract period is maximum 4 years. Sub-suppliers are not allowed without prior written approval from Statped. The tenderer will have full responsibility for them. The assignment will mainly be carried out in Statped's premises in Sommerrogata, Oslo, unless otherwise agreed. There will be some travelling to Statped's other locations. Journeys that have been agreed in advance will be covered in accordance with Statped's regulations. Tenderers must have experience in implementing projects and assignments in public administration, preferably within the education sector. Competence and experience can be required within readjustment work, HR processes, information processes, and project management assistance in individual projects. Tenderers must document their competence and at least 3 relevant references (that Statped can contact).
