The main assignments will be to assist Statped with the current need for consultancy services. Sub-suppliers are not allowed without prior written approval from Statped. The assignment will mainly be carried out in Statped's premises in Sommerrogata, Oslo, unless otherwise agreed. There will be some travelling to Statped's other locations. Tenderers must have experience in implementing projects and assignments in public administration, preferably within the education sector. Competence and experience can be required within readjustment work, HR processes, information processes, and project management assistance in individual projects. Tenderers must document their competence and at least three relevant references (that Statped can contact). Tenderers must offer consultants with 2 -5 years experience, 5-8 years experience, and more than 8 years experience.
