The purpose of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements with up to 5 tenderers for the purchase of construction and building works with associated materials, primarily for construction and building projects, renovation projects and maintenance projects at OUS.
A large part of OUS ’buildings are characterised by excessive wear and deficient maintenance over many years. The condition of the buildings, technical installations and other infrastructure varies, but is generally poor. There is a large need for replacement and upgrades.
The maximum value of all of the contracts that the contracting authority anticipates entering into during the framework agreement duration (including any options) is 750 000 000 NOK including VAT. The scope is estimated based on consumption of the existing framework agreement. Call-offs on the framework agreement are made subject to the allocation of funds.
