The Directorate of Norwegian correctional service (henceforth referred to as KDI) shall, on behalf of the correctional service’s units, enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the purchase of mattresses.
The framework agreement is obligatory for all units (prisons and possibly probation offices) that must procure this equipment during the contract period. The contracting authority's need can vary from year to year. The actual volume can vary based on changes in grants, activities and other framework terms.
The framework agreement's estimated annual value is 500 000 NOK and is given in Annex 2 of the contract, where the estimated annual consumption for each product is given. The estimated annual volume will be used for comparing the tenders. Based on statistics from purchases from previous years,
