Framework Agreement for the Acquisition of Data Collection and Advice for Continuous National Travel Survey 2020-2023

It has been decided that the National Travel Survey (RVU) will continue as a continuous travel survey for mapping a share of the population in Norway for a new period. As in previous years, the National RVU will be implemented as a collaborative project between the Ministry of Transport and Communications (www.regjeringen.no/sd), the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (www.vegvesen.no), the Norwegian Railway Directorate (www.Jernbanedirektoratet.no), the Coastal Administration (www.kystverket). no), Avinor (www.avinor.no) and Nye veier AS (www.nyeveier.no).
As part of the continuous national travel survey, the travel survey will also be conducted such as the follow-up of various indicators related to the existing urban growth figures, so-called urban RVUs. The organization and financing of the urban RVUs are regulated by the contracting parties in the existing urban growth agreements, but the acquisition is done collectively for the national RVU.

Consortiums
