The aim of entering into this contract is to ensure good services for the inhabitants in the municipality. In order to provide good services, the municipality depends on access to qualified labour. This means having personnel with the required competence and experience and having personnel who ensure sufficient capacity.
Lørenskog Municipality is growing fast and there is a lot of pressure on the municipality's services. This, plus absences, holidays, etc., amongst our staff means that the municipality needs access to personnel who can carry out necessary work in periods.
We believe that the need can be met by entering into a Framework Agreement for temporary staff services for the work areas and professions where there is a particular need for extra personnel. A Framework Agreement will contribute to quick access to personnel when the municipality does not have relevant temporary staff.
