Justification for cancellation Bardu municipality refers to the announced tender competition 'Framework agreement for the purchase of telephony services for Bardu municipality’. At the evaluation of the incoming tenders, we see that it is difficult to compare the tenders due to uncertainties in the tender documentation. This is despite the fact that the contracting authority had work both before and during the competition to make the documentation as good as possible through input from the market. After a legal assessment, Bardu municipality has found the right to cancel the competition and adjust several parts of the tender documentation so that incoming tenders are comparable.
