The contracting authority has garage, pedestrian, driving gates and other gates, particularly at nursing homes, fire stations, large and newer nursery schools, as well as other individual buildings.
In order for these technical installations to achieve the expected function time and to avoid operational stoppages, the installations need to be inspected on a regular basis. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for periodic follow-up of all such installations. Well-functioning installations will improve customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of repairs and replacements.
The procurement includes service and maintenance of gates.
The procurement does not include services related to projects where the maintenance of gates is included as part of a major rehabilitation or total project.
A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer.

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation:

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate

Foreign tenderers: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the framework agreement, including satisfactory turnover, earnings, degree of liquidity and equity. The payment experience must be satisfactory.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain the annual accounts or other documentation if this is necessary to evaluate the requirement.

The tenderers must present all documentation they find relevant for the assessment of their financial capacity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from assignments of an equivalent nature, complexity and extent.

Equivalent service deliveries means ongoing contracts for service and maintenance of large scope/many properties on gates from varying manufacturers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

An overview of the primary service deliveries the tenderer has carried out during the last 3 years, together with information about the contract value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient.

A maximum of five reference projects shall be provided.

A description of projects is given by completing Annex E ‘Template for project overview’.

Individual CVs do not need to be submitted.
