1.3) Information on the contracting authority's distribution of responsibility.
The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) shall enter into this framework agreement on behalf of the entities mentioned in points 1.1) and 1.2). The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection is responsible for publishing, signing and follow-up of the framework agreement. Each entity has, however, independent responsibility for their orders and procurements based on the framework agreement.
The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection and the Norwegian Directorate of Elections are henceforth referred to as the contracting authority.
