Forskningsrådet, ved Kommunikasjonsavdelingen [the Research Council of Norway, c/o the Communications Department] invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for entry into a framework agreement for the purchase of printing services.
The Research Council of Norway's central office and the Research Council's many programmes and activities have many different publications over the course of a year. For example, brochures, fact sheets, folders, placards, the ‘Nysgjerrigper’ magazine and reports from the research programmes, etc.
The total value of the procurement in the framework agreement, over the period of the contract including options, will be up to 4 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. This scope is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority to place orders of this quantity during the contract period.
The Research Council of Norway will enter into a framework agreement with 1 printer for deliveries within the service areas of (A) digital printing, offset printing and (B) rotation.
