Framework Agreement for Pipes and Pipe Parts

IVAR IKS

IVAR IKS wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for the procurement of pipes and pipe parts for operations and maintenance. If appropriate, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to use the Framework Agreement for procurements related to projects.
The estimated annual contract value is 2-3 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The estimate is based on the last years’ consumption. The requirement for pipes and pipe parts is subject to budgets and the condition of the material. The Contracting Authority emphasises that the scope of the contract is instructive and not binding for the Contracting Authority.
