The objective and scope of the contract:
NMBU will enter into a framework agreement for periodical inspection and maintenance of manual extinguishing equipment at Campus Ås. The contract will ensure that statutory examination and maintenance is complied with and covers NBMU's need for goods and services as described in the competition documents.
The framework agreement will also include fire-proofing, delivery of fire-doors, etc. as described in the requirement table below.
The estimated scope of the contract is 2 000 000 NOK — 3 000 000 NOK over 4 years and is in no way binding for NMBU.
As an option, Veterinærinstituttet [the Norwegian Veterinary Institute] (org. No 970 955 623) can utilise this framework agreement.
A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the requirement specification (Annex A).
Sub-tenders:
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment.
The assignment nature and the scope of the framework agreement will be assessed so that it is advantageous to have a total supplier.

The Norwegian University of Life Science NMBU has a special responsibility for providing research and education that shall ensure the basis of existence for future generations. We provide knowledge for life and sustainability is rooted in everything we do. NMBU has 1 700 employees and 5 200 students and is organised in 7 faculties. NMBU currently has campuses at Ås and in Oslo. These 2 campuses shall be co-located from autumn 2020. NMBU also has a research centre in Sandnes.
