Ringerike municipality's employer policy, organisational and management development are important areas of focus. In the period 2019-2020, the municipality shall implement a management program that is managed by our internal HR, but that uses external expertise as needed. The municipality is also working on a number of development measures that will require attention in the years to come. Examples of these are work with developing a full-time culture, various service design projects and competence development measures.
Parallel to these, there is ongoing work on, i.a. culture and team development, conflict management and guidance and management support.
