A framework agreement shall be entered into for operation, maintenance and expansion of street lighting installations for Hareid, Herøy, Sande, Ulstein, Vanylven, Volda and Ørsta municipalities. The assignment includes periodical inspections of maintenance, replacement of light sources when required, repairs of damages/errors, service assignments such as relocation of pylons/street lighting distribution in the municipalities. A separate contract with each contracting authority (municipality) shall be signed. The assignment also includes the administration and planning of work assignments, contingency, documentation, meetings, reports to the builder and managing other assignments that are necessary for the operation, maintenance and limited renewal of street lighting installations in the relevant municipalities.
