Vefsn kommune

Vefsn Kommune [Vefsn Municipality] wants a contract with a service provider who offers good competence with the relevant area, good service and flexibility for handling the municipality's departments and competitive terms for price and quality.
Vefsn Municipality wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for 2 lots within the area. Lot 1 includes leasing of tablet PCs, while lot 2 includes training of the school personnel. Both contract will have a duration of 3 years, with an option for mutual extension of a further 3 years.
Vefsn Municipality currently has a total of approx. 1 400 students distributed over 6 different schools in the municipality. In addition to covering the need for tablet PCs for students, the contract will also cover the need for tablet PCs for the teachers. We currently have approx. 225 teachers that need tablet PCs.
The procurement has a cost limit of 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. In addition, the parts of the procurement must be covered via savings on the school’s own operational budgets.
