Trondheim Eiendom currently owns/rents and operates approx. 400 buildings, containing approx. 2 000 fire hoses and 3 000 fire extinguishers, divided between approx. 2 200 dry-chemical extinguishers, approx. 550 foam extinguishers and approx. 250 Co2 fire extinguishers.
A framework agreement is wanted with a tenderer for the inspection, service and follow-up of the mentioned installations.

Kort beskrivelse:
Annual inspections must be carried out on approx. 2 000 fire hoses and approx. 3 000 fire extinguishing apparatuses, in accordance with NS3910 and NS671-3. The inspections are carried out year round. The hoses and apparatuses are in approx. 400 buildings that the municipality owns/rents and operates. There is an overview of the number and location of the hoses and extinguishers in each individual building.

Five and 10 year services must be carried out of foam apparatuses and dry-chemical apparatuses. This is estimated to make up 10 % of the total amount each year.
The tenderer must repair minor damages/errors/shortcomings that are uncovered in the inspections. This can typically be replacing missing/defect signs, replacing defect/used extinguishers, replacing defect jet pipes, hangers, etc.
Based on the completed inspection/service/repairs of damages/errors/shortcomings, the tenderer must prepare electronic reports using the contracting authority's system for MOM documentation in each individual building.
Attention is drawn to the fact that there is a lack of such documentation. There will be a need therefore at the start of the contract period to map the maintenance rhythm for the different buildings in order to establish a new routine. A status report is to be submitted to the contracting authority at the end of each year of the contract period. This work must be carried out by the tenderer, in consultation with the contracting authority.
