Oslo kommune v/ Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF

The framework agreement shall, amongst other things, include:
— providing descriptions of repairs and maintenance for current buildings, technical plants and outdoor facilities without any form of change of use,
— prepare feasibility studies/sketch projects for sites, reconstruction, renovation, additions for existing buildings or new user areas,
— stand as the liable applicants in building applications that require legal responsibility,
— evaluation of properties and buildings in relation to protection value/preservation, time and architectural typology, biodiversity, blue and green structure, flood protection measures,
— preparation of outdoor plans,
— prepare/collect reports regarding traffic analyses, ground surveys, noise and air quality analyses,
— evaluation of innovative solutions regarding environmental and energy saving measures, etc. for new and renovated buildings,
— assist in division affairs and border adjustments.
