Stavanger Hospital Trust and Bergen Hospital Trust wants to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of Norwegian and foreign fiction and non-fiction. Currently purchases from the different departments for respectively approx. 150 000 NOK -200 000 NOK annually for Stavanger Hospital Trust and approx. 300 000 NOK-400 000 NOK annually for Bergen Hospital Trust. Five-10 titles are ordered per week, while ad-hoc ordering of up to 30 titles per order can occur. The majority of the orders are medical literature, based on history this accounts for over 80 % of the range. This is estimated based on the same distribution of future need, but this is only an estimate and is not binding.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification requirement: requirements regarding tenderer's registration.
Documentation requirements: tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirement of financial key figures:
A credit rating equal to or better than B, measured against the AAA Soliditet's scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's compliance of the qualification requirement as follows:
Credit rating
If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. § 16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
