Bane NOR has established a warning system for receipt of warnings on culpable conditions. The compliance officer has been responsible for the case management of the warnings since 2018. The purpose of the warning system is to clear up unwanted situations and provide security for the whistle-blower and the person subject to a warning. The external warning reception is a part of Bane NOR SF's emphasis on prevention and exposure of corruption and misconduct and other culpable and illegal conditions.
The objective of the tender competition is to enter into an agreement with an external provider for the continuation and operation of external reception of warnings. The warnings can be sent internally, from the customer, suppliers/contract parties or outsiders.

General information about the delivery
The compliance officer is the receiver of the notifications and brings the warnings to the notification secretariat's weekly meetings. In addition to the compliance officer, the notification secretariat has the head of governance in the legal department and the head of the HR managers. The notification secretariat is responsible for the handling of warnings in accordance with the group warning procedure. The compliance officer submits annual reports to the group management and the board for notification cases.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The agreement period is from 1.2.2020 until and including 1.2.2024 with an option for 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year extension. The maximum agreement period is 8 years. The options are activated automatically. If the option is not activated a written notification shall be submitted to the provider three (3) months prior to the expiration of the contract.
