The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Western Region invites tenderers to a contest for the procurement of measurements, simulations and analyses of wind, wave and current data, and related services. The fjord crossings development project, under the Project Department, Western Region, will sign the contract, but the contract can, if needed, be used by all of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's regions, and the contract will follow the fjord crossings development project when the department is restructured in 2020. The competition consists of 6 subcontracts.

The aim of the Framework Agreement is to get access to the necessary competence for mapping, modelling and analysing the impact of the climate on nature in projects carried out by the fjord crossings development project.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period will be 2 years, from the date that both parties sign the contract, with an option for 1 + 1 year. The Contracting Authority will have an option for the following as an addition to the contract:
Option 1: extend the contract for 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 3 years;
Option 2: extend the contract for a further 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.
The deadline for taking up option 1 is: 1 month before the contract expires. The deadline for taking up option 2 is: 1 month before the option 1 expires.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Documentation Requirement:
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Tenderers must have competence and experience within the relevant sub-topic a tender will be submitted for, and must have carried out assignments of a relevant nature, degree of difficulty and scope, cf. the descriptive part in Chapter D.
