Kort beskrivelse:

The NSB group invites tenderers to a competition for parallel Framework Agreements for consultancy services within the procurement area. The Framework Agreements shall contribute to the NSB group always having the capacity and competence to implement the procurements that are necessary for an optimal contract portfolio.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with maximum 3 service providers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders. Call-offs on the Framework Agreement will mainly be awarded after mini competitions.

The contract covers NSB AS with subsidary companies (the NSB-group).

Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 12 000 000 NOK 💰
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The customer has the option to extend the contract for 2 periods of 1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) The supplier shall be a legally established company or a group of such enterprises.

2) NSB AS will enter into a contract with a main supplier.

3) If the contractor relies on other companies/subcontractors to fulfill the qualification requirements, the following additional requirements apply: the supplier shall attach a declaration of commitment that the contractor has the other companies' resources in the event of any execution of the delivery, cf. the Supply Regulations § 12-5.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1) The supplier must have delivered his duties and paid the taxes and fees. The supplier is obliged to pay in accordance with applicable legislation. For foreign suppliers, the requirement for documentation for paid taxes and fees must be equivalent to the requirements for such documentation in the company's home country regulations.

2) The tenderer must have good solvency and otherwise satisfactory financial capacity to carry out the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) Consultancy services within the procurement area must be part of the existing service portfolio of the provider.

2) The tenderer must accept to comply with NSB's ethical requirements for suppliers.

1) The provider's capacity and ability to carry out deliveries on the contract. This applies to both the width (total staffing) and the depth (capacity within the relevant categories).

2) The provider's expertise and experience with the consulting services within relevant categories and implementation of services within the procurement area with customers of similar size and industry as the client.

3) The provider’s quality assurance system that ensures systematic competence development of employees and follow-up of deliveries towards customers.
