The contest is for parallel framework agreements (“the Framework Agreement”) for assistance from consultant engineers for construction (“RIB”) in the Contracting Authority's projects. The framework agreement will cover engineering design assignments, consultancy assignments and independent inspection assignments in accordance with the Planning and Building Act.
The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority has access throughout the entire contract period to assistance from good RIB with relevant competence, to cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for RIB services.
