ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATEN (NAV)

The aim of the procurement is to enter into 12 regional framework agreements within company health services for Labour and Welfare Department and the municipalities' social service in a joint building. The framework agreements will assist NAV's employees, safety workers and management within preventive health, environmental and safety work.
Services connected to the physical working environment, such as ergonomics and assistance with mapping and risk assessments of inside climates, psychosocial and organisational conditions, and individual follow-up of persons on sick leave, are expected to be the most requested needs.
The requirements specification (cf. the tender documentation Part III), Annex 1) is the same for all the regions.
Tenderers can submit a tender for one region, several regions or all regions.
The contracts will be valid for 2 years, with an option for 1 + 1 year.
The total contract value (all regions), with the option years, is estimated to be 20 000 000-25 000 000 NOK including VAT (16 000 000-20 000 000 NOK excluding VAT).

Requirement: a good ability to fulfil the contract is required.
Documentation requirement: description of the service provider's capacity and professional qualifications. With regard to the capacity, a description of the tenderer's relevant units shall be given. With regard to qualifications, a short overview of the tenderer's general relevant expertise shall be given. The personnel proposed to the assignment shall not be specified, and CVs not submitted.
