The provider must collaborate with the Labour Inspection Authority and any national and international collaborators in relation to the design and implementation of each assignment. The contracting authority has a strong focus on pay and working conditions for employees at our contractors and subcontractors. Although this assignment is not expected to involve a risk industry per se, the tenderer must state whether the offered HRs are covered by a nationwide tariff agreement. If this is not the case for all proposed resources, information must be provided on which nationwide collective tariff agreement is considered most relevant and which is used as a minimum standard in terms of employees' pay and working conditions. This must be given by completing Annex D and submit with the tender.

The competition is for the following three framework agreements (called lots): Lot 1: Framework Agreement for the Recruitment of IT Specialists, Lot 2: Framework Agreement for the Recruitment of Communication Specialists, Lot 3: Framework Agreement for the Recruitment for other Positions. Tenderers can submit tender offers for one, multiple or all parts of the competition.
