Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirements for the financial key figures.

Credit rating equivalent to B or better, measured on AAA soliditets scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will assess the tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirement in the following manner: credit appraisals. If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. the PPR §16-4, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
