Kort beskrivelse:
Drammen Eiendom KF wants to enter into parallel framework agreements with 6 to 10 carpentry and joinery companies for assignments in connection with ongoing assignments. This concerns, amongst other things, odd jobs and planned maintenance work and external and internal joinery and carpentry work connected to alterations/renovations and new buildings/extensions/additions. The agreements concern carrying out a building contract based on NS 8406, yet it may also be desirable for the joiner to assume the role of managing contractor for some work. It can also be necessary for some assignments to add engineering design services to the contractor.

For larger works, the contracting authority reserves the right to publish a separate tender contest. The contracting authority will use the companies who have signed framework agreements for ongoing maintenance and other minor assignments.
