For this work, Bane NOR wants to enter into a Framework Agreement with a collaborating partner who can:

1) Develop Bane NOR’s brand strategy, based on the existing business strategy, communication strategy and insight analyses. Our ambition is to have a new brand strategy in place by 31.12.2019. The schedule for this work should be provided;
2) Develop a new brand platform, based on the brand strategy. The brand platform should function as a guiding tool so it is easy to operationalise and convey to all who will use it as a basis for their work;
3) Develop an affective communications concept (communications outlet) for it's own and paid channels that show how the brand platform can be deployed for different target groups and interested parties, and in relation to different opportunities provided by Bane NOR's social tasks, and challenges facing the company;

4) Advisor for Bane NOR in relation to the administration and further development of brand practice.
The Contracting Authority is looking for a strong collaborating partner who can easily understand the market situation and Bane NOR's sector as well as contribute to the company achieving their general goals, both short and long term. The collaborating partner must be able to continue Bane Nor's values and brand content in an appropriate manner. The collaborating partner must be able to see the entirety of the total offer available in the sector, understand Bane NOR's social tasks and understand different and at times complex problems.
