The objective of the tender contest is to establish a Framework Agreement for asphalt and asphalt works for Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer, Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron municipalities.
The tender contest is administered by Nord-Fron municipality on behalf of the above listed municipalities.
The agreement shall primarily comprise new laying of asphalt on municipal gravel roads, re-asphalting, repairs after excavation work, renewing of surface treatment and special assignment such as milling of asphalt cover.
Generally the work is required to be implemented in accordance with the always prevailing valid laws, regulations and other administration requirements, and as a minimum be implemented in accordance with the requirements for expertise, precision and professional competence that is usual in the sector.
Tenders can be submitted for 1 or both regions:
— region 1: Lillehammer, Gausdal and Øyer municipalities,
— region 2: Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron municipalities.
