The Framework Agreement must include all electrical work for Volda municipal buildings and flats, as well as work for the engineering department (from 2020 referred to as the sector for community development) which the property department is a part of. Service for fire-alarm systems must be included in the Framework Agreement. Wholesale procurements of electrical materials must also be possible.
