The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the procurement of 12-lead resting ECG apparatuses for Bergen Health Trust.
Bergen Health Trust’s current equipment include 53 ECG apparatuses most of the equipment are outdated, and all or parts of the equipment are expected to be renewed during the contract period. However, this will depend on the equipment's lifetime and budget.
The framework agreement can also be relevant for procuring equipment for BUS 2. The total scope can amount up to approx. 100 ECG apparatuses for the Bergen Health Trust.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for 2 years, with an option 1 + 1 year extension for maximum 4 years.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for 2 years, with an option 1 + 1 year extension for maximum 4 years.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Norwegian companies: company registration certificate.
Foreign tenderers: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
Credit evaluation: a credit score from a recognised credit rating agency. Based on the most recent accounting figures, a credit rating, partial assessment and historic rating.
The credit evaluation must not be older than six (6) months from the tender deadline.
If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from equivalent deliveries, including equivalent scope and complexity.
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, and recipients.
