The assignment is further described in the requirement specification for the service in Annex 1.
The assignment includes Frogn, Vestby, Nesodden and Ås Municipalities. The listed municipalities have a procurement co-operation; Felles innkjøpskontor (Norwegian abbreviation FIK), that covers parts of the requirement for joint procurements for the municipalities. The assignment also includes FIK. Ås Municipality is responsible for the practical implementation of the tender competition. Each municipality will sign a separate contract with the providers.
